Completely thrilled with our new to us van.Melissa and the whole crew went out of their way to make us comfortable with the purchasing process. Within a week I got the opportunity to really stretch the legs of our new van and put on a few thousand miles. (Including a "quick" stop at the Bass Pro Shop in Springfield Missouri 😁)To say we are satisfied would be an understatement, customer first service which seems sometimes harder to find nowadays is very much here.Yes I would absolutely recommend them as they were recommended to us by my brother.

We bought a Subaru from Brooke. She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. BMG is very transparent and will show you all of the repair/tune up/car history documents and pictures of the car. The buying experience was great! The car has been running great with no issues. I was recommended BMG by a friend, and now I will also pass along the recommendation.

Had a great experience with the people over at Broadmoor in Middleville. Lindsey and Brooke were great to work with, and the vehicle was in great shape. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from BMG. The sales team is friendly and responsive to questions. You don’t feel pressured to buy like you feel at other dealerships. Both cars have been reliable. Their repair team took care of some minor scratches on site while we waited. The 30 day warranty after driving off the lot provides added security, even though absolutely nothing has gone wrong. We won’t hesitate to go back for our next vehicle purchase

Bought a Honda Hr-V from BMG. Had a pre purchase inspection done with my mechanic and they reported that it was in great condition, “brakes look like they were put on yesterday”. It’s been almost a month and I’m very happy with the purchase so far. Five stars.

Great sales team. Melissa was very helpful. Purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Impala LTZ trim level for around $13,000. It had 96,000 miles on it. Very good vehicle runs good drives extremely smooth almost as good as a caddy no cap! Quiet cabin and very good horsepower. Nothing at all like the prior 2 generations of the Impala! The speed is back lol. Definitely worth the cross state trip to get the car. I'm a satisfied customer!

Purchasing a vehicle from Broadmoor is so smooth! From test drive, to purchase, they are on top of the whole process. Broadmoor has a friendly and knowledgeable team of people that help move you through the process quickly. Everyone I encountered was helpful and kind! Even after I brought the vehicle home, a couple of days later there was a weird noise coming from the front of the vehicle. So I brought it in for them to it check out, and they had it fixed within hours and I was on my way. I would buy from Broadmoor again in a heartbeat. These guys really take care of you!
