I highly recommend Broadmoor Motors when looking for your next vehicle. The whole team stands behind what they sell and service to their customers. The owner sets the integrity example. The sales people and mechanics all participate in the process and keep true to their word to provide the best experience . This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from this group and I have been highly satisfied every time. This last purchase was from the Wayland location but use any of their 3 locations to find that hidden gem of a used auto. I will be back again one day you can be sure of that.

We purchased a truck from BMG. The sales person was easy to deal with. There was only one hiccup with the paperwork. Shortly after purchasing the truck, there were some issues that were discovered. BMG was excellent in fixing the problems and when they couldn’t squeeze it in for one, that paid for it to be fixed at our chosen garage. So far we are very impressed with the truck and the personalized service we received.

I bought a car with a 30-day warranty, and on the last day, I noticed a noise coming from the CV axle. I brought the car back, and they promptly fixed the issue within a day. One feature I particularly appreciated was their acceptance of credit card payments up to a certain limit, which was a convenient option for me. Both the staff and mechanics were friendly and professional throughout my visit. I highly recommend BMG to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership with excellent customer service and support.
